The Production Control Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of operations within our organization. This individual will be responsible for receiving and tracking service calls, preparing service orders, and closing out service calls in government systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and tracking service calls from the government
  • Preparing service orders and distributing to crew members
  • Closing out service calls in government systems
  • Updating Preventive Maintenance Programs
  • Ensuring timely completion of all work
  • Tracking and compiling reports for management
  • Preparing payroll for management review and signature
  • Creating daily shipment lists from analysis of open orders and available inventory
  • Compiling and maintaining weekly and monthly performance-to-plan metrics
  • Responding to daily Customer Service requests for schedules
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment
  • Driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work with multiple supervisors and managers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
