The HR Care Center Specialist will support HR Care Center tools, processes, and analysis, and collaborate with Care Center leaders and advisors to provide information and resources needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Documenting HR Care Center processes and conducting regular content audits
  • Collaborating with Team Leads to implement recommendations for process improvements
  • Handling executive case escalations, ensuring timely resolution
  • Analyzing the customer experience, case handling and staffing under the guidance of the support supervisor to identify trends, areas of excellence and areas of improvement
  • Participating in special projects
  • Completing back office-work collaborating with HR partner teams when necessary
  • May perform additional duties as assigned
