Job Title: Travel Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various procedures and tests to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and record cardiac rhythms and other vital signs.
  • Run and post rhythm strips at designated intervals.
  • Interpret and validate computer readouts.
  • Verify lead placement on patients.
  • Compare posted strips to previous strips and notify nursing staff of changes.
  • Notify nursing staff of any changes in cardiac rhythm.
  • Test equipment for proper working order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Independent decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
