About the Role:

As a Caregiver/CNA/MedTech, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to seniors with varying levels of need. This may include assisting with bathing, grooming, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transferring residents. You will also be required to monitor changes in a client's health and provide companionship and emotional support.

Requirements:

To perform this role successfully, you will need:

  • Current certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
  • Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment
  • Ability to understand and follow directions as given
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

**Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Expected Hours of Work:**

This position is very active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. You will be required to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs. and ability to push up to 250 pounds independently. The individual must use proper body mechanics to assist residents in their daily living. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent night and weekend work.
