Role Overview:
The retail space at MOA is set to become a hub for esports enthusiasts, showcasing a diverse range of Wisdom and partner brands. As a Retail Associate, you will be among the first to represent our company and its offerings. We seek enthusiastic, friendly individuals who are passionate about esports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding merchandise.
- Welcome and engage every visitor to the store.
- Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Support the e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment and shipping preparations.
- Contribute to venue operations and events as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the retail and event spaces.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with gaming and esports is a plus; knowledge of titles such as Teamfight Tactics, League of Legends, and Rocket League is beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Ability to understand and represent multiple brands while respecting their unique community identities.
