About the Role:
As a Seasonal Dr. Martens Representative, you will be responsible for representing the Dr. Martens brand and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

About You:
We are looking for a charismatic and result-oriented individual who can build relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of merchandise organization and presentation. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and passion for our brand will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the Dr. Martens brand and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
• Sell Dr. Martens' brand footwear, apparel, and accessories, achieving personal sales goals and Key Performance (KPI) targets set by Store Manager.
• Process sales transactions accurately and promptly, meeting cash register systems requirements.
• Organize and maintain merchandise to meet Brand Marketing guidelines and enhance product appeal.
• Replenish the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Clean and maintain retail store front, stock room, and all employee areas, including dusting, cleaning mirrors, and vacuuming.

Requirements:
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic math, including ability to calculate percentages required and ability to count back change.
• Ability to use initiative to accomplish tasks and detail oriented.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual in adherence to scheduled shift times.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder and/or stairs.
