We are seeking a skilled Practical Nurse to join our team at Camden Clark Medical Center in Vienna, WV. As a member of our outpatient team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced medical office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and performing designated therapeutic procedures.
  • Use standards of care and standards of practice to guide care delivery.
  • Consult with Providers and Registered Nurses as necessary to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Obtain medical information from patients, take vital signs, and record data in patient medical records.
  • Work closely with office assistants and Providers to facilitate patient clinic visits.

Requirements:

  • Current unencumbered licensure with the WV Board of Practical Nursing or appropriate state board.
  • Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

Working Environment:

The work environment is a standard clinical setting with a high volume of patients. You will be frequently exposed to bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, toxins, and chemicals.
