About the Role
As a Senior Benefits Manager at Sleep Number, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive benefits programs that align with our overall wellbeing strategy. Your expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management will ensure that our team members receive top-notch support.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of benefits professionals to drive program development and execution
- Develop and implement innovative benefit programs that attract and retain talent
- Monitor costs and effectiveness of benefit programs, identifying opportunities to optimize them
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of wellbeing programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive benefits experience, preferably in a multi-state employer setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is a plus
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Proven track record of managing benefits vendors, open enrollment processes, and benefits communication strategies
