Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide daily living support, implement Individualized Support Plans, and promote the independence and integration of our clients into their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support, including cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping, budgeting, and job coaching.
  • Implement Individualized Support Plans and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assess the needs of our clients and develop strategies to promote their independence and integration into their communities.

Compensation
  • $19 per hour salary with differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.
