Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

As a Neonatal Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized care to newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Neonatal setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, monitor, and manage neonates, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure optimal growth and development.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families.
• Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues for a smooth transition to home care.
Requirements
• Current RN license
• BLS (Other certifications as required by the facility)
• Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
