We are seeking a highly skilled Electric Vehicle Service Technician to join our team at Audi Omaha. As an Electric Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for completing system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing of electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing of electric vehicles.
  • Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
  • Maintain and clean and neat work area.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Service Technician REQUIRED.
  • Automotive technical or trade school degree PREFERRED.
  • Electric Vehicle experience PREFERRED.
  • Audi/VW Electric Vehicle Certification PREFERRED.
  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good standing driving record.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • May be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of hazardous/non-hazardous materials.
  • Air-Conditioned and Heated Shop.
