Gambling Establishment Liaison

Becoming a part of our team as a Casino Host means being responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value customers at Bally's Corporation.

• Build strong rapport with valued customers through one-on-one interactions and customized rewards.
• Nurture ongoing communication with loyal table and slot players to ensure they feel valued and involved.
• Make informed decisions regarding complimentary services, achieving a balance between customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Keep accurate records in our Customer Management System and stay up-to-date on all marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and practical problem-solving abilities to handle complex situations.
• Showcase exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Hold a valid gaming license issued by the state of Mississippi.

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, contingent upon experience. Our employee benefits package includes:
