Job Title: Night Shuttle Driver

Are you a skilled truck driver looking for a challenging and rewarding role? A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Night Shuttle Driver to join our team in Richmond, VA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced truck driver to operate our shuttle trucks during nighttime hours. As a Night Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently between our facilities and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate shuttle trucks during nighttime hours
  • Transport goods safely and efficiently between facilities and customer locations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Communicate with dispatch via mobile communication
  • Read Bill of Lading to determine assignments
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain the endorsements)
  • One-year semi-trailer experience (or ask about our Finishing School Program for those just short on experience)
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to comply and adhere to FMCSA safety regulations
  • Ability to perform the functions of a dockworker. Operate Forklift (we train you) or pallet jack to push, pull, lift, stack, tier or move products to and from trailers and straight trucks.
