Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Supervisor / Shift Lead / Crew Lead / Team Lead at Dunkin' Donuts - Wilmette. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead a team of crew members to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Manage daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Previous experience as a shift lead, shift leader, crew lead, team lead, assistant manager, AGM, general manager, or operations manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
