Our flexible working hours cater to your needs, with Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays off. You can choose from full-time or part-time schedules.
As a Crew Chief, you'll be part of our management team, providing exceptional customer service and working closely with the General Manager to drive sales and growth. You'll receive comprehensive training and have opportunities to advance in our company.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
- Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
- Develop teammates through our internal training program and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
- Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
- Perform other duties and projects necessary for the position, such as inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
- Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
- Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently.
- Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSA's.
- Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off.
- Assist the General Manager in building and maintaining an engaged workforce.
- Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, setting the direction for achieving business goals.
- Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
- Adhere to and hold others accountable to all rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Assist guests with their questions and needs.
- One to three years of retail management experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.
- Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
- Guest First mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
