Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client care in accordance with the established Plan of Care
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
  • Adhere to infection control protocols
  • Safeguard client privacy and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or completion of a DE CNA program
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Physical and 2 Step PPD clearance
  • Ability to lift, position, and transfer clients
  • Experience with Hoyer lift operation
  • Compassionate, respectful, dedicated to excellence, and possess a positive attitude
