**Job Overview**

Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of forensic and mental health services to the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health Court Clinic Programs. We are currently seeking a full-time Forensic Court Clinic Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Barnstable, Massachusetts.

**About the Role**

This role involves working in a fast-paced forensic environment at the Barnstable District Court. As a Forensic Court Clinic Psychologist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment, and determination of appropriate dispositions for individuals who are mentally ill or have substance use issues. You will also be responsible for fulfilling statutory obligations, including evaluations, screenings, and determinations of mental condition.

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for an experienced Psychologist who can work effectively with court-involved defendants. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assessment and treatment services to individuals brought before the Courts on criminal and/or civil matters
  • Fulfilling statutory obligations, including evaluations, screenings, and determinations of mental condition
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to determine appropriate dispositions

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active licensed Psychologist by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe
  • A Designated Forensic Professional (DFP) or ability to obtain
  • A current/valid driver's license and reliable transportation
