IT Director

At T. Burks & Associates Executive Recruiting, we are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manufacturing technology and IT infrastructure, with a proven track record of leading IT teams and optimizing systems for operational efficiency.

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and manufacturing objectives.
• SAP Management: Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP ERP systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Machinery Technology Management: Manage technology related to manufacturing machinery, including integration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Network and Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a significant focus on manufacturing environments.
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems, including implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in managing technology related to manufacturing machinery and addressing back-end network issues.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
