Job Summary:
Intermountain Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will utilize your clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments, develop and implement plans of care, and provide family and individual treatment as indicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive intake examinations and behavioral health assessments.
- Determine accurate DSM-5/ICD-10 diagnoses based on clinical information.
- Provide behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Make appropriate referrals for patients needing services outside the scope of primary care.
- Maintain complete and timely clinical records on all clients.
- Provide consultation to other staff members as requested and participate in staffing of cases.
- Participate in staff training and attend staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Masters in Social Work (MSW) or related field, required.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience post licensure preferred.
Work Environment:
This position will work in the Wheat Ridge Weight Loss Clinic. The hourly range for this position is $52.55.
