Job Title: Guest Attendant

We are seeking a communicative and service-oriented individual to join our team at the Spa & Wellness Center as a Guest Attendant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Offer information and assistance on spa facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Sell drinks and explain the use of fitness equipment.
  • Perform sauna infusions and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, from 9am to 6pm.
Requirements:
  • German-speaking and well-groomed service attire.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
