Jobot is a certified public accounting firm seeking a skilled Senior Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for obtaining and documenting a basic understanding of clients' internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completes audit work papers and performs audit testing procedures on audit areas fundamental to the financial statements.
  • Assists the manager in preparing financial statements including required footnotes and supplemental schedules.
  • Helps develop audit plans and audit work paper templates in coordination with the audit manager.
  • Executes audit tests (internal control and substantive) using approved audit plans and standardized audit work paper templates.
  • Reviews audit work papers completed by staff prior to submission to the audit manager.
  • Helps troubleshoot potential exceptions by obtaining additional documentation or clarification to support or refute potential exceptions noted during field work testing.
