The Senior Supplier Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our supplier partnerships. This position entails a higher level of responsibility and leadership in overseeing supplier performance, resolving issues, and executing enhancement plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload purchase order confirmations from suppliers.
- Review and upload supplier responses regarding part delivery status.
- Examine data for deficiencies or errors and rectify any discrepancies.
- Input quotes from suppliers and inter-company as necessary.
- Address suppliers who are slow to respond or unresponsive.
- Expedite urgent items as required.
- Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for consistently late suppliers.
- Lead initiatives for improvement with suppliers.
- Communicate delivery improvement plan actions with Sales and Purchasing leadership teams.
- Manage multiple and shifting priorities on a daily basis.
- Take ownership of individual work and provide support to colleagues.
- Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management or a related field, ideally within the aerospace industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Pay: $26.45/hour
