Position Overview:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will specialize in managing medication for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and those undergoing stem cell transplants. Your role will encompass all facets of medication management for these patients.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Master's Degree with residency completion in the relevant clinical area or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of prior hospital pharmacy experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oncology Pharmacy.
- Background in leukemia, lymphoma, or stem cell transplant.
- Board Certification.
