Job Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes to up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Build membership and retain current clientele.
• Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when necessary.
• Assist sales associates and management with studio tours and sales.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to maximize membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure availability.
• Deliver demo sessions at promotional events.
