Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of assigned processes, employing a hands-on approach to maximize efficiency.
  2. Analyze production reports to identify opportunities for reducing downtime and enhancing performance.
  3. Create comprehensive work instructions and troubleshooting documentation to support operational excellence.
  4. Conduct data analysis and assessments to pinpoint areas for cost reduction and cycle time improvement.
  5. Collaborate with maintenance personnel and operators to gather insights for process enhancements.
  6. Evaluate parts utilized in operations to ensure optimal performance regarding cost and availability.
  7. Coordinate and participate in preventive maintenance activities for assigned processes.
  8. Oversee the design, planning, implementation, and follow-up of solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  9. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to support change management and stabilize processes.
  10. Contribute to equipment installations and facility upgrades, including expansion projects.
  11. Work with external suppliers to obtain proposals and quotes as necessary.
  12. Assist in hands-on maintenance projects, as practical maintenance tasks are integral to this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline related to Manufacturing.
  • A minimum of one year of experience, including internships or co-op positions.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing process improvements and troubleshooting within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for creating tables, trend graphs, and worksheets.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $70,000+/year (Dependent on Experience)
