Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional resident care and support on your unit
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident documentation and records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with all team members

Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor role
• At least three years of experience in long term care
