About the Role

At Children's Wisconsin, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our young patients. As a Clinical Therapies Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care management model, ensuring that our clinical practices meet the highest standards of pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise professional, administrative, and technical personnel providing care.
  • Partner with the Ambulatory Manager/Director on business and financial operations.
  • Act as an active member of the management team to support the care management model, standards of pediatric clinical practice, legal and regulatory standards, Code of Ethics, and established policies.
Location and Schedule

This role is based in the Metro-Milwaukee Regional Clinic Support area, with a 0.4 FTE Clinical Staffing and 0.6 FTE Leadership/Administrative split. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8 hours onsite per day, and flexibility for scheduled meetings.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross.
  • 3 years of Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy experience; prior experience in a pediatric setting desirable.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
