- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify patients with potential speech or language disorders.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language development, disorders, and treatment options.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- National certification in speech pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Board certification and licensure in the state of Washington.
- At least one year of experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
