Shipping Technician

CSC - Missouri, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Shipping Technician to join our team. As a Shipping Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products from one location to another.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect trailers prior to loading to ensure they are free and clear of debris.
- Load or assist loading product into a trailer following shipping instructions.
- Scan product back into inventory following shipping instructions.
- Unload or assist in unloading finished product in or from trailer following shipping instructions.
- Inspect load in trailer to ensure it is properly loaded and it is the correct load after leaving.
- Verify count while truck is being unloaded, as allowed by customers.
- Perform daily truck inspections, and report any maintenance items to management immediately.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Forklift experience required.
- Clamp truck experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in corrugated industry or manufacturing floor experience.
- Ability to read/interpret schematics.
- Has basic computer operations.
- Experience and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Workspace is not climate controlled and can reach both hot and cold extremes.
- Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.
- Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration.
- Exposure to a consistently loud work environment.
