">As a Labor and Delivery Nurse with TotalMed, you will play a critical role in supporting expectant mothers throughout their labor and delivery experience. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, and collaborating with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized birth plans and interventions.

- Providing antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care to expectant mothers">
- Monitoring maternal and fetal well-being and assessing progress during labor">
- Collaborating with obstetricians and midwives to develop and implement individualized birth plans and interventions">
- Assisting with childbirth, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other obstetric procedures">
- Providing breastfeeding assistance, newborn care instruction, and emotional support to mothers and their families during the postpartum period">
Qualifications and Requirements
">To be considered for this position, you must possess a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of recent labor and delivery nursing experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential.
