Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as outlined in their individualized care plans.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services to support clients' daily needs.
- Manage appointments and provide reminders to ensure clients stay on schedule.
- Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers using mechanical lifting devices, as needed.
- Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Accompany clients during ambulation and provide assistance with mobility.
- Administer medication as directed by clients' care plans.
- Offer companionship and engage in conversation to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
