Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Display Merchandiser to join our team in Green Bay, WI. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and merchandising our displays in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain displays in assigned stores to ensure maximum visibility and sales of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store employees and managers to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are properly stocked, faced, and maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
