About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Ed Anderson Agency. This role offers a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, and a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate client records, and preparing insurance documents. You will also identify opportunities to upsell products and implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A Property and Casualty License is required, but previous insurance experience is not necessary.

Estimated Salary: $44,800 - $58,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week)
