Community Groundskeeper PositionRHP Properties is seeking a skilled Community Groundskeeper to join our team at the Whispering Pines community in Merrill, WI. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community.

Estimated Salary:$52,500 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, life insurance, and 401K.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform regular inventories of maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies to advise Community Manager of equipment and supply needs.
  2. Maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas.
  3. Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment to keep it clean and cared for.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
