CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure the store operates in alignment with our business values, focusing on customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of trust and respect among employees.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Retail Store Management, preferably within the Pet Food sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, cash registers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Experience with retail POS systems and inventory management systems.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for regular duties.
