About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Operator to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating our surface coating and heat treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate surface coating and heat treatment systems to produce high-quality products
  • Produce orders according to system supervisor instructions and quality control plans
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Maintain and monitor baths according to bath analyses and internal processes
  • Adhere to internal processes and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform cleaning tasks and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • Completed training as a specialist in surface technology or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in shifts and flexible scheduling
  • Independent, goal-oriented work style and strong team spirit
  • High level of commitment, resilience, and initiative, as well as reliability
  • Knowledge of computer systems is an advantage, but not mandatory
