Key Responsibilities

As a **Civil Engineering Team Leader**, you will be responsible for the design and management of comprehensive site plans, including grading, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility layouts utilizing Civil 3D software. Your leadership will guide the engineering team, providing mentorship and support to junior engineers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of project scopes, budgets, and timelines.

  • Communicating project-related information effectively to clients, sub-consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Performing additional project and supervisory tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A **Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering**.
  • The ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Professional Engineer Licensure (PE) is preferred.
  • A minimum of **10 years of professional experience**, including 1-2 years in a management capacity.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
