Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to work in a state-of-the-art facility. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, including monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure, depending on the unit's needs.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time, if required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist is preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Physical abilities include remaining in a stationary position, moving about, and lifting equipment (up to 50 pounds).
