Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate company vehicles while adhering to safety protocols established by the company and DOT.
  2. Handle heavy machinery of various sizes and weights for parking lot striping tasks.
  3. Consistently follow company and OSHA safety guidelines, addressing any issues or escalating them to the Operations Manager.
  4. Adhere to daily operational procedures and protocols as outlined in training sessions.
  5. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, reporting any defects or required repairs to the Operations Manager; maintain cleanliness of equipment.
  6. Assist in the training of junior staff in maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
  7. Utilize technology software for operational purposes.
  8. Manage inventory for the truck.
  9. Execute striping applications effectively.

Supervisory Duties:

This position includes direct supervision of team members and involves carrying out supervisory responsibilities in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities encompass training staff, directing tasks, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

Work Environment:

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, employees may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical components. The position involves working in various temperature conditions at job sites, primarily outdoors.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to communicate effectively. This role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. Employees must frequently lift or move items weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally push or move items weighing up to 350 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Work Hours:

This is a part-to-full-time role. Typical working hours are from Sunday to Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Additional hours may be necessary based on job demands, with overtime options available.

Travel Requirements:

Local travel is required (within surrounding areas), and a vehicle will be provided for this purpose.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. A valid driver's license.
