Job Summary

Autozone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver WOW customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide WOW Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW customer service experience.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing customers with the right products and services to meet their needs.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Operate Cash Registers: Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
  • Follow Company Policies: Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including merchandising standards.
  • Restock Merchandise: Restock merchandise and place it in its respective areas.
  • Utilize ZNET: Utilize ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
  • Diagnose Automobile Problems: Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Communicate with Managers: Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Knowledge of Automotive Parts: Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
  • Excellent Communication and Decision Making Skills: Excellent communication and decision making skills required.
  • Ability to Lift, Load, and Deliver Merchandise: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise required.
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts required.
