Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary role of the Foster Care Coordinator is to offer guidance, support, and coordination for assigned youth and families within the Foster Care program. Success will be evaluated based on individual outcomes, achievement of personal targets, contributions to the overall team, and alignment with the organization's culture.

- This position may offer remote or hybrid work options.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
To qualify for the Foster Care Coordinator position, candidates must possess:
- A valid driver's license and meet all relevant credentialing and licensing standards.
- A Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
- Designation as a Qualified Professional in North Carolina.
