Job Title: HVAC Commercial Installer

Job Summary:

Element Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

* Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, water heaters, and ductless systems
* Install all ducting and sheet metal, including rooftop curbs and curb adaptors, sheet metal plenums, distribution boxes, cans, grills, and registers, flue piping, etc.
* Verify adequate electrical HVAC system, including disconnects, circuit breakers, and fuses, are sufficient and properly sized
* Run thermostat and other electrical wiring as required
* Troubleshoot and repair commercial systems up to 20 tons
* Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

* At least two years of HVAC experience
* Valid EPA certification
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift 100lbs
* Ability to operate hand and power tools
* Self-motivated
* Ability to read blueprints
* Strong customer service skills
* Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing
* Excellent attention to detail
* Basic math skills
