We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolate Advisor to join our team at Lindt & Sprungli. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our premium chocolate products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products.
• Operational Controls: Take ownership of ensuring operational standards and controls are consistently adhered to, including cash management, inventory management, and store maintenance.

Requirements

• Skills and Knowledge: Ability to interact positively with customers, basic math and accounting skills, and ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Experience: Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
