Optician

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optician to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by assisting with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, and completing eyewear/contact lens orders.

• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Measure, adjust, and repair frames and lenses to ensure a perfect fit.
• Complete eyewear/contact lens orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Identify and verify prescription information and complete necessary paperwork.
• Collect payments for doctor services and perform and record results of optometric pre-tests.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or optical environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
