Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
  • Initiate outbound calls to patients to understand and address any account/payment issues.
  • Update patient account information and document calls into our Practice Management system.
  • Participate in special projects to enhance our customer/patient-facing activities.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of medical billing claims submission processes and working with insurance carriers.
  • Ability to manage 60+ inbound calls per day.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of business software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on telephone interactions.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and work effectively within a team.
