We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Faculty RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our academic faculty, you will play a critical role in teaching and mentoring our nursing students, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and assess nursing students in a variety of settings, including classroom and clinical environments.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they progress through their academic programs.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to ensure that our students receive a comprehensive education.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the appropriate state of employment.
- Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D. or D.N.P. in Nursing, national certification in a designated program, experience developing curriculum and program evaluation, and documented success teaching in higher education.
