Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care to those in need. As a Medical Telemetry Unit RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care plans, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness through disease prevention and management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current State Nursing License.
