Diesel Mechanic

As a Diesel Mechanic - Equipment Repair Specialist at Randstad USA, you will be responsible for performing technical repairs and service on machinery equipment. Your expertise in troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical repairs and service on machinery equipment
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and notify the Service Manager of outstanding issues
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks
• Develop and maintain strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Install, replace, rebuild, or repair parts and equipment in a timely manner
• Test and quality-check equipment after repairs
• Secure equipment and complete required paperwork at the end of each shift
