HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care using diagnostic ultrasound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and answer questions
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images and videos
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • One year of experience or training in diagnostic ultrasound in at least two specialty areas
  • Associate Degree in Ultrasound required
  • Vascular Sonography, or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
