About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kamatics Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans to meet business objectives, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure the best possible value for the company.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet business needs.
  4. Procurement Administration: Manage the procurement process, including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
